 Colour is the memory of childhood, love and grief.

Pink for the heart, a baby girl, a mothers love, tropical sunsets

Red for heat, sex, danger and a beautiful rose.
I love colour and the sensations it creates.
Colour radiates energy. It fills me when I am empty and takes me on my next adventure.
To me colour is music, fabulous food, always nourishing.
It takes me out of my head and into my heart.

Relates to self knowledge and spiritual awareness.
Can have a calming effect

Self responsibility- the ability to see things from a higher view point.
Responsibility to oneself to follow the souls path and trusting ones own intuition.
BLUE
The throat chakra.
Relates to self expression, speech and communication.
